I am Magnus. Strength Coach. Business Psychologist. Founder.
What I do:
I support former athletes and young athletes who want to work to do the things.
How I do that:
I help them get started or optimize their training and work with them to find solutions for nutrition and recovery that fit into their daily routine.

Comprehensive Assessment
Everything is based on the insights, methods and systems of elite sports. That's why I will treat you like an elite athlete and we'll start with a meeting to get to know each other.
- The start will be a call or meeting.
- If we are both convinced that we are a good fit, we will meet for a detailed first session.
- This includes an in-depth conversation about your goals, injuries, what you've already tried, and your challenges in everyday life.
- Afterwards we'll know what to focus on to get you to your goal in the most effective way.

Based on the comprehensive assessment, we then both decide together on how to best achieve your goals.

Holistic Approach
We'll always cover training, nutrition, regeneration and psychology.
- These four things are important for all areas of life - that's also why we'll cover them in the coaching.
- Along the way, you'll also learn why we do what we do and how you can adapt it in the future if necessary.
